Bishwo Parakram Shrestha
Bishwo Parakram Shrestha has been contributing to CMDN since its establishment as a Field Manager. He has master’s degree in Economics and Law. His outgoing personality, knowledge regarding various subject matter and leadership skills has led him to successfully accomplish many deals and projects for CMDN/INPL.
Dhiraj Puri completed his Vet Technician Course from Dhaulagiri Technical School. He joined CMDN as a Vet Technician in 2015 for PREDICT-II, Nepal, USAID Project. The main role of Puri is sample generation from field for different projects. Recently he was involved in field work of Nepal Fish Biodiversity Project.
Dhirendra Shahi joined CMDN since 2012 as a Field Coordinator. He has completed his master in philosophy from Tribhuwan University in Population Studies. He has been contributing his expertise in field for various project lead by CMDN/INPL. Furthermore, he has experience of 6 years as Lecturer in a college affiliated to TU.

Human Resource Officer
Pankaj Rajbanshi has been working at CMDN as a Human Resource Officer since January 2017. He got his degree from Post Graduate Campus (TU), Master in Business Studies (MBS) from Biratnagar. At CMDN, he looks after human resource related issues for staff and heads of departments, prepares contracts and equipment for new employees, monitors attendance and staff work, and maintains personal files and documents.
Samita Raut has completed her Bachelor degree in Microbiology from Sainik Awasiya Mahavidhyalaya (TU Affiliated), Bhaktapur. She has recently been pursuing her Master's degree in Anthropology from Tri-chandra Campus, TU. She joined the field team in September 2016 and started to work as a field officer at CMDN for the PREDICT II, Nepal, USAID project in Jan 2017. She is involved in generating field sampling procedures, sample generation from the field to the lab and logistic and data management. Recently, she was also involved as a field member in Nepal Fish Biodiversity project Phase III.
Ashok Chaudhary completed his Master's Degree in Microbiology (Medical Microbiology) from Golden Gate International College, affiliated to TU. He is involved in Research field study and has been working as a Field Officer at CMDN for PREDICT II, Nepal, USAID Project since March 2017. He is also involved in developing field sampling procedures, sample generation from the field to the lab, logistics, and field record and data management. He is also involved as a field member in the Nepal Fish Biodiversity Project Phase III.
